Nice leather jacket Review by LIKE

This jacket meets all my expectations, Especially the price, it took half a month to ship to USA which’s a surprise . Thank you! (Posted on 10/25/2019)
Amazing quality for the price! Review by Peter
Overall score
I have never left a review before, but I felt compelled to do so once I received this fabulous jacket today!

Initial thoughts: As other have said the quality of this jacket would surpass many of the more 'well known' replica manufacturers. The Horsehide is definitely a good quality (I have had lots of horsehide biker jackets previously) and the knitted cuffs also appear to be of a good quality.

Also, it is nice to finally find a size guide that actually matches the reality.

Thank you QMI! (Posted on 5/16/2018)
Excellent Original WW2 Contract Reproduction Review by Changeling
Overall score
This original 23378 contract was made by Monarch Manufacturing Co in 1942 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin USA and had various features such as the long pointed collar and the shoulder seams centered under the shoulder straps and the softly rounded pocket flaps, all of which are recreated in this excellent reproduction which includes an exact replica of the triple marked Talon zipper fitted to the original in 1942. This is excellent value at the price for anyone seeking an authentic WW2 spec jacket and is indeed far less expensive than your Eastman, Aero`s and Real McCoys that are made more perfectly than most original WW2 A2 jackets as these where made in their many thousands by dozens of different manufacturers. Photos of jacket do not do it justice so be assured the jacket looks far better and the leather is very good. (Posted on 4/7/2018)
Ultra Rare Quality A-2 Review by Georgios
Overall score
A really vintage A-2 Horsehide Jacket .The building and the materials targeting the pre WW II era.It is very easy someone to be confused with the very first touch and eye if is not aware with the high end Horsehide Jackets responding to European Standards by the said era.Unique and Identical conclusively, offered in very attractive price . Excellent version of the 1935 USAAF A-2..... Review by Markus
Overall score
As all of the other reviewers have said everything about the quality and craftsmanship is par on or better than the A-2s made by other manufacturers at 50%+ lower price. In my opinion the best made A-2 is Cockpit USA and this A-2 is identical in every way at 75% less. The only thing I would say that detracts from totally perfect is new horsehide is very stiff and requires a lot of wear to break in the jacket. This is not the fault of anyone it’s just the nature of the beast. This A-2s sizing runs fairly true or just a tad smaller. Considering the A-2s specifications are for US Army & USAF in shape military personnel and extra material bagging & saging detracts from one’s presentation. If you’ve ever wanted a authentic horsehide A-2 but haven’t wanted to pay the big freight to get one this A-2 is too good to pass up! You won’t be sorry! (Posted on 2/6/2018)
MAGNIFICA REPLICA A2 Review by JOSE MARIA
Overall score
TENGO VARIAS A2 (EASTMAN, AEROLEATHER, GIBSON BARNES, FLIGHTJACKETS) Y ESTA HORSEHIDE ES CASI COMO LAS EASTMAN O LAS AEROLEATHER, VARIA MUY POCO. RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO PERFECTA, UN 10. LA RECOMIENDO A TODOS LOS QUE LES GUSTE TENER UNA A2. (Posted on 1/9/2018)
Great value for money Review by STERGIOS
Overall score
Sry to start with the free paratrooper scarf but i didnt get it so QMI you owe me one with my next order haha... As for the jacket sizing i am 1,85 tall, 88 kg and my chest is 110cm or 44 in us size. I ordered the 44 size and is just ok but my correct size should be the 46 . Hope that after the breakin in period the jacket will strech a bit. So dont size down as others said just order your normal size (with my experience) cause the sizing table is very acurate. The quality is very good but i have a notice to make. All the pieces of the jacket are of the same quality and feeling except one piece at the left sleeve which is stieffier and feels very dry. You cant see it with your eyes at first but you can tell by the feelling when you touch it. Maybe a piece from another animal but its so hard, dry and noisy that ruins the quality. This piece doesnt break in the same with the rest of the jacket and at first it looked like a hard faux leather material. Horsehide jackets are stiff, needs breakin in and last for ever but that piece is completely different from the rest of the jacket. Hope that will break in at last. But to tell the truth its something you cant understand it until you wear it for 2-3 hours so i dont blame QMI for this but the quality control of the manufacturer. (Posted on 1/5/2018)
Super! Review by Kam

Très bonne reproduction du célèbre A2!
Bon rapport qualité/prix comparé au productions américaines haut de gamme.
Il fera parfaitement l'affaire en reconstitution ou dans le civil. (Attention à choisir au moins une taille au dessus!)

Excellent Jacket, Especially for the Price Review by Eric
Overall score
This A-2 is fantastic. The knit is higher-quality than I have seen on more expensive jackets. The stitching and lining look very solid. I went a size down to get a trim, authentic fit, and it ended up being exactly what I was hoping for. The leather is stiff as a board, as you'd expect from brand-new horsehide, and I look forward to breaking it in. (Posted on 9/19/2016)
This jacket goes toe-to-toe with the $1000+ alternatives Review by Tony
I got my jacket about a week ago and I am very impressed. The feel and fit of the jacket far surpass the price I paid for this high quality tribute to a bygone era. Thank you Mr. De Brabander for producing these beautiful pieces!
This is a picture of myself in the jacket,
