You can place an order by adding the desired products to your cart and completing the checkout process.

4. How long will delivery take?
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location:
- Within Belgium: typically 1–3 business days.
- Within Europe: usually 3–5 business days.
- Outside Europe: allow 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your country and shipping method.
Please note that delays may occur during busy periods or due to customs processing for international orders.

Yes, you can return an item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Please include a note indicating whether you would like an exchange (and for which size) or a refund. Returns are at your own expense, but we will cover the shipping cost for sending the new item in case of an exchange.

9. Custom Made Items
For custom-made items, such as specially designed uniforms or other personalized products, the processing time is approximately one month. This time is needed for product creation, quality control, and shipping. Please note that custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are currently in the process of creating new size charts for our items. In the meantime, if you are unsure about which size to choose, feel free to contact us with your measurements (chest, waist, shoulders, and height).
