Type A-3, USAAF Mechanic's Cap in Herringbone Twill
The U.S. Army Airforces' Type A-3 HBT cap was been issued to the USAAF ground personnel from the early 1940s'.
The six panels construction was very similar to the shape of a classic baseball cap.
