US WW2 LAUNCHER, GRENADE, M7, HSM CO / IBM. with grenade launcher sight M15 in case, carrying 7160198

Original WWII US M7 grenade launcher used on the M1 Garand rifle to launch the M1 adapter with pineapple grenades.

The launcher was initial made for IBM and later transferred too HSM CO

The IBM marking is lined out.

The launcher is in used condition and has some pitting due to storage conditions
