I'm 6ft and weigh a little over 200 lbs with a 45 inch chest and ordered the 44. Haven't tried it on with the m43 but with just a shirt it's perfect. Chest has a bit of excess room but the shoulders are spot on. Sleeves are just a hair short. Prob could have went one size larger but with the chest size already being roomy, I wanted a fit that's not so baggy (Posted on 4/15/2024)
