"M43 Field Paratrooper Trousers, with cargo pockets , knee pads and canvas leg straps. This model was used by the Airborne Troops during Operation Varsity."

FITTING: These trousers are cut 1 inch oversize to allow trousers to be worn over woolen or pile trousers. When not worn over trousers, waist can be adjusted by tabs on sides. Be sure to get trousers marked your normal size to allow fit under all conditions. If you wear suspenders and inner trousers, slip suspenders through loops and attach them to inner trousers. Tightening ankle tab secures additional warmth and keeps trousers in boots.
