One-piece brown and white seersucker field hospital uniform with wrap-around tie at left waist and one pocket on right skirt. Uniform was worn with brown and white striped seersucker nurse's cap. Initially designed for overseas service, but extended for use by nurses serving in hospitals in the United States in 1945.
