US WW2 LAUNCHER, GRENADE, M7, FAY & SCOTT with grenade launcher sight M15 in case, carrying 7160198

Original WWII US M7 grenade launcher used on the M1 Garand rifle to launch the M1 adapter with pineapple grenades.

The launcher is in used condition and has some pitting due to storage conditions
